today we have grilled tofu w/ a sweet and sour rub w/ carmelized cauliflower over quinoa topped w/ a tahini dressing, creamy cannellini bean soup, grilled squash and artichoke tossed in a homemade marinara. we also have spinach and artichoke dip, raw cookies, and an assortment of vegan baked goodies. come and enjoy!
