on this fine day we have spanish style potatoes, spinach, and carmelized onions over israeli couscous topped w/ a romesto sauce (contains nuts and wheat). our veg o’ day is roasted broccoli. and for now we have potato leek soup. later this afternoon we’ll have some hazelnut cheesecke (vegan) with an apricot glaze, and followed soon by some more awesome raw cookies.

today we have south carolina style golden bbq with cole slaw, rice and beans (spicy or mild). our veggie of the day is roasted brussel sorouts and shallots. lemon artichoke is our soup. and for our side, you can enjoy some raosted mushrooms, kale, and chickpeas with quinoa. and as always, check out our variety of vegan deserts.
