here we go! vegan bahn mi. “what is that?” you ask. well, it’s a vietnamese style sandwich with tempeh, pickled jalapenos, cilantro/scallion slaw, and vegenaise on a toasted hoagie served with a side. our veggie is a north african squash and broccoli salad. our soup for now is a hot tomato and local veggie soup(soon to be followed by a cold sweet potato soup, yeah). our side of the day is a delicious local arugula-pesto cous cous w/ cucumber salad. we also have delicious elvis cake & cherry tart!
