happy day before the 4th! what we have for you today is this… grilled tofu with spicy pepper relish, lettuce, tomato, and a mustard/cilantro sauce on a whole wheat hoagie w/ a side for only $8. spicy local green beans and peppers. cannellini bean and hazelnut soup. tofu radish salad w/ bean sprouts and green onions. and to satisfy that sweet tooth we have a wide array of vegan, gluten free, and raw desserts
