This evening from 5:00-7:00, Council Member Megan Barry will be holding a fundraiser/meet & greet at The Wild Cow. Everyone is invited to attend. There is a suggested $25 donation. Appetizers will be provided and a cash bar will be available. During these 2 hours, there will be no tables available; standing room only! Please join us for this community event.

Well folks, Big Papa Bear Chef Nick is back from the savage realms of California, and has returned with a cornucopia of intriguing culinary ideas garnered from the local barbarians. HENCE, today’s Special Entree: Jicama-guacamole and quinoa salad on a bed of green-leaf lettuce with tomatoes, and our homemade ranch dressing. What will that blasted rapscallion concoct next?
Not to be outdone, even those he’s totally been outdone, John is responsible for our Side of the Day: Israeli Couscous salad with lemongrass tofu, carrots, onions, and cilantro.
On the righteous path of vegan desserts you will marvel at such discoveries as – “Cream Cheese” Swirl Brownies, Pecan and Chocolate Chip Cookies, and – mother of god – BOSTON CREME PIE. IT’S SO GOOD I HAD TO SPELL “CREME” THE PRETENTIOUS WAY.
