We have two speakers/presentations coming up at The Wild Cow! On Wednesday, April 6th at 2:00, Shakti Marquis will talk about her book, “Vegan Paradise”. On Wednesday, May 4th at 2:00, Gene Baur, president and co-founder of Farm Sanctuary, will talk about the problems on factory farms. He’s one of my personal heroes! Valentine’s Day at The Wild Cow

Many of you have asked what we’re going to do for Valentine’s Day. Here it is: There are many local dogs in need. I’ve asked a few of our customers who rescue dogs to bring in photos/info of some of the dogs. They will be on our bar with a jar. For every slice of cake or alcoholic drink that you purchase on V-Day (after 5:00), we’ll give you a ticket to put in a dog’s jar. For every ticket, we’ll donate $1 to that dog. Impress your date/loved one by showing you care!

Mikey is a dog who belongs to 2 of our former staff members who have since moved to Portland, Oregon. Mikey is in desperate need of a very expensive surgery to get an injured eye removed. So, today & tomorrow, for every high-alcohol beer, wine or hard cider we sell, we’ll donate $1 to Mikey’s parents to help them pay for the surgery. So come have a drink for Mikey!

Specials & Autism Awareness Day!

Today, Wednesday September 1, is autism awareness day at The Wild Cow. 10% of our entire sales for the day will go to Autism Speaks! So come by and support a great cause while trying out our daily specials:

Entree: Almond-crusted tofu with lemon cream sauce (vegan) and spinach salad $8

Soup: Lentil-cannelinni bean

Veggie: Chile & anise roasted carrots

Vegan treats: raw tiramisu, chocolate chip vanilla cake, lemon lavender cupcakes, ginger cookies, gluten free chocolate heaven cake, gluten free key lime cupcakes, raw almond milk, & peanut butter-banana smoothies!

Saturday, July 24–all-day bake sale to benefit Nashville Cat Rescue. 50% of the proceeds go to the cats!

Sunday, July 25th–open mic night starting at 9:30 PM! Email us to sign up or just come and enjoy the entertainment. We’ll be selling alcoholic beverages & appetizers. Our very own Geoff & Gavin are mc-ing, so it’s guaranteed to be a hoot!

Tuesday, August 3rd–We are normally closed on Tuesdays, but we will be open on this day in support of our neighborhood’s Night Out Against Crime, which will take place in the parking lot around the corner from us. Come support our community and stop by for a healthy meal!

Grand Opening News & Business Hours

Hello! We will not be open to the public until our grand opening party on Saturday from 5:00-9:30PM (see below for more details). We will not open again until Monday evening, at which point we will resume with our regular business hours. However, we are here all day if you want to stop by for a t-shirt, gift card, gluten-free baked treats, some yummy beverages & organic baby food (basically, anything we don’t make here). So stop by and see us today!
