This Wednesday, September 1, we will be supporting Autism Speaks at The Wild Cow.  10% of the proceeds from the day will go to this organization to promote autism awareness.  So come see us and support a good cause!

World famous vegan bodybuilder/speaker Robert Cheeke will be giving a talk at The Wild Cow today (Sunday, 8/22) from 2:00-4:00PM.  Everyone is welcome to attend.  However, if you are planning to come in and eat during this time, space may be limited.  We hope to see you~

Saturday, July 24–all-day bake sale to benefit Nashville Cat Rescue.  50% of the proceeds go to the cats!

Sunday, July 25th–open mic night starting at 9:30 PM!  Email us to sign up or just come and enjoy the entertainment.  We’ll be selling alcoholic beverages & appetizers.  Our very own Geoff & Gavin are mc-ing, so it’s guaranteed to be a hoot!

Tuesday, August 3rd–We are normally closed on Tuesdays, but we will be open on this day in support of our neighborhood’s Night Out Against Crime, which will take place in the parking lot around the corner from us.  Come support our community and stop by for a healthy meal!

Hello! We will not be open to the public until our grand opening party on Saturday from 5:00-9:30PM (see below for more details). We will not open again until Monday evening, at which point we will resume with our regular business hours. However, we are here all day if you want to stop by for a t-shirt, gift card, gluten-free baked treats, some yummy beverages & organic baby food (basically, anything we don’t make here). So stop by and see us today!

Okay….here’s the final word on our Grand Opening party…..it will be on Saturday, December 12th.  WE WILL BE OPEN BEFORE THIS DATE (hopefully by next Tuesday even though we will normally be closed on Tuesdays), but the actual GRAND OPENING PARTY will be on Saturday.  There will be a $10 cover charge, 75% of which will go to East C.A.N., a local non-profit.  This charge will include all you can eat samples of most of our items, plus a glass of wine or hard cider.  Come say hello, eat, drink and help raise some money for a great local organization!  We’ll post opening day as soon as we get the thumbs up from all the gov’t folks!
